Hello, I’m Binni — a qualified Iyengar yoga teacher and holistic therapist based in Stoke Row, Oxfordshire.
Yoga and holistic therapies have been a part of my life since I was a teenager, and over the years they’ve become both my personal anchor and professional path.
I feel incredibly lucky to have been introduced to these practices from a young age. My mother trained as a massage therapist, and I often found myself as the grateful ‘practice body’ during this time. Even then, I noticed how deeply relaxing and nurturing it felt to have time and space to rest — a welcome contrast to the demands of school and teenage life. I was also surrounded by a wonderful community of therapists through my (now) mother-in-law’s “Bliss Days” — these were inspiring gatherings filled with great wisdom and sharing of therapeutic experience. It was at one of these events that I first encountered Craniosacral therapy — a gentle but profound treatment that would later become one of my key offerings.
After falling in love with the Iyengar method of yoga, I trained under Sheila Haswell and qualified as a teacher in 2008. I’ve been teaching ever since, and remain a student at heart — continuing to attend workshops and classes with Senior teachers to deepen my understanding.
Over the years, I’ve expanded my training to include holistic massage, pregnancy massage, deep tissue massage, reflexology and facial reflexology. Each therapy offers something different, but they all share a common purpose: to create space for stillness, restore balance, and support your body’s natural ability to heal.
Whether you come to a yoga class, book a treatment, or try something new — I aim to create a safe, supportive space where you feel seen, nurtured, and empowered to find your own rhythm.
