What is Reflexology?

Reflexology is a gentle, non-invasive Holistic therapy that encourages the body and mind to return to a balanced state. During a treatment, pressure points (or reflex points) on the feet that mirror the organs and structures of the body, are worked over by the therapist.

Facial Reflexology

What is Facial Reflexology?

As with regular reflexology, Facial reflexology involves stimulating specific reflex points on the face following the principle that the face mirrors the body’s internal organs and systems. Often praised for its relaxing and rejuvenating effects, facial reflexology not only enhances inner wellness but can also contribute to a healthier, more radiant complexion.

"The treatment was really wonderful - nothing like anything I have tried before.  Using gentle pressure over specific reflexology points on my face, I felt the stress just wash away and drifted off more than once.  I left feeling calm, relaxed and extremely chilled out! My skin was glowing and plumped afterwards and I slept like a baby that night!"

"Binni is so warm and friendly, she made me feel very welcome and relaxed the minute I walked into her treatment room."

"For anyone curious about facial reflexology, I would encourage you to book a session - you will not regret it!  I have already booked my next session and am very much looking forward to it. Anna."
